Prices are not published on this website. All pricing is provided on request based on quantity, specifications, and current market conditions, and is confirmed directly with our sales team before any order is finalized.

Minimum Order Quantities

Each product listing shows its minimum order quantity (MOQ), where applicable. Orders below the stated MOQ may not be accepted.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon directly with our sales team for each order and may vary based on order size, destination, and customer relationship.

Production & Delivery

Production timelines depend on order size and product specifications and will be communicated at the time of quotation. Shipping and export arrangements, including any applicable customs or import requirements, are the responsibility of the purchasing party unless otherwise agreed.

Quality & Complaints

We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
